Geehy's GALT62120 automotive high-side LED driver supports 12 channels of precise high-side current output for pixel-level LED control. It integrates programmable 12-bit PWM dimming with linear and exponential modes, and features LED open/short detection, over-temperature protection, and other safety mechanisms. The product has passed AEC-Q100 certification, it supports full-width/graphical tail lamps, headlamps, dynamic turn signals, welcome lights, turn signals, cluster indicators, and interior ambient lighting.

GHP Intelligent Power Module
The GHP500N05 Intelligent Power Module (IPM) operates on a 10V–20V supply and supports 3.3V/5V logic. It integrates bootstrap diodes and a temperature sensor output, combining a 600V gate driver with a 500V/5A fast-recovery MOSFET for a compact drive + power stage. This integration simplifies circuit design and improves system efficiency, making it ideal for high-voltage ceiling fans, water pumps, range hoods, and high-speed hair dryers.
